※ All prescriptions are personally prescribed by the director after comprehensive consideration of the patient's constitution, current health status, and concurrent medications. Prescriptions may differ for the same symptoms depending on individual constitution.

Frequently Asked Questions

During the initial consultation, we conduct pulse and abdominal examination, questionnaire assessments, and other diagnostic methods to precisely understand the patient's current state. Based on this, the director personally designs a 1:1 custom prescription, adjusting it according to progress.

It varies by symptoms and constitution, but prescriptions are generally given in 2-week to 3-month cycles. Acute symptoms require short-term use, while constitutional improvement or chronic conditions may require longer courses. We guide the optimal duration through regular follow-up assessments.

In most cases, concurrent use of Western and Korean medicines is possible. However, timing adjustments may be needed depending on your current medications, so please inform us of all medications you are currently taking.

Custom Korean medicine is a non-covered item, but accompanying Korean medicine treatments such as acupuncture may be covered by health insurance depending on symptoms. Auto insurance coverage is available for traffic accident aftereffects. We provide detailed guidance during your visit.

Yes, they can. Safe prescriptions specifically for pregnant and nursing mothers exist, and specialized prenatal/postnatal Korean medicines (Gungguijohyeol-eum, Dangguijakyak-san, etc.) are representative prescriptions that have been prescribed to pregnant women for centuries.
